Hi! My name is Katie, thank you for being here.

I’m a Western Tropical Astrologer, ICF-certified Spiritual Life Coach, an Avesa-Certified Breathwork Practitioner & Momma breaking generational trauma with my littles.

I’m a survivor of familial narcissistic abuse and even started out coaching as a narcissistic abuse recovery coach.

But as I started healing myself and started addressing inner child wounds, Mother wounds, Father wounds, ways I self-sabotage, I realized that I was no longer interested in spending my days talking about my narcissistic family of origin.

I wanted a family of my own one day and I didn’t exactly picture not having a Happy Christmas or Mother’s Day with my children because my relationship with my parents and siblings turned sour.

So I did the work. I had to feel it to heal it. My path led me to astrology. A topic I’ve always been interested in, but never quite understood.

I started studying my natal chart and I was blown away at just how much information in my chart felt familiar.

Even more powerful was the realization that understanding my natal chart was key to allowing my true authentic self to step forward because I had less judgment about who I was at my core now that I saw the map to my soul.

I didn’t feel the need to act or show up in ways I used to because I had a better understanding and appreciation of my unique nature.

And now that I’m officially a Momma of two little ones – one fur baby, one human baby – I know the energetics behind the transformation of Maiden to Mother.

I know the healthy ways to cope with the trauma of family estrangement.

I know how to hold your hand and guide you as you begin conception journeys, experience pregnancy, labor and postpartum.

I know the feelings that bubble up with a brand new baby when you are a survivor of emotionally immature parents, a survivor of parentification, enmeshment, financial abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, psychological abuse, and so much more.

I know the pain of feeling triggered and not knowing why.

I know the frustration that comes with unwanted thoughts bubbling up in your mind.

And I know what it’s like to feel like you just need to talk to someone who gets it. Someone who won’t judge you. Someone who can validate your feelings and help you re-discover who you are.
