As a trauma-informed mother, coach, and intuitive, I found myself overwhelmed by the weight of it all — and yet, I was being asked to show up with calm for my daughter. My Scorpio Moon girl who feels everything and sees more than her age should allow.
This breathwork meditation was born out of that moment.
🌀 What This Meditation Is
Safe Together is a guided 20-minute breathwork and visualization practice for mothers, highly sensitive people, and children navigating overstimulation, uncertainty, or emotional overwhelm.
It’s designed to be done solo or side-by-side with your child — or simply while holding your inner child with compassion.
You’ll begin with the Ave Sah breath (a prayer of the inner divine), and then visualize yourself tethering your root chakra to a gem deep in the Earth’s core.
You’ll breathe out fear, grief, and tension — and breathe in peace, love, and divine protection.
This is nervous system support for the next 7 years of Uranus in Gemini — a cosmic cycle that is waking up our minds, voices, and families.
🌱 A Note for Mothers of Littles
This meditation does not require stillness.
If you need to walk while listening, rock your baby, sway in the kitchen — that’s sacred too. One of the most powerful things we can model for our children is that we can return to our breath, even in motion.
Even in chaos.
