Soul Supported is a private 1:1 support experience for women who want someone to be with them in it.
Not just advice.
Not just information.
But real, steady, grounded support—through the emotional and practical layers of this season.

What this support looks like
Inside this container, you have access to me as someone who can:
- Sit with you in moments of overwhelm or uncertainty
- Help you process fears around pregnancy, birth, or postpartum
- Be a sounding board for decisions (nursery, boundaries, preparation, etc.)
- Support you in creating meaningful experiences (like a baby shower, even without family)
- Help you think through postpartum support, rhythms, and expectations
- Offer perspective when your thoughts feel loud or tangled
- Simply be someone who is there when you need it
How it works
Monthly Support Container
- 2 private 1:1 calls per month (Zoom or phone)
- Ongoing access via text or voice message
- Responses within a few hours during daytime hours
- A steady space to bring whatever you’re navigating
You can reach out when you need support—you’re not limited to scheduled sessions.
Boundaries that support both of us
You are welcome to message anytime.
- Responses are typically within a few hours during the day
- Evenings and overnight responses are not guaranteed
- 24/7 short-term support (for birth, immediate postpartum, or event days) is available as an additional offering

In-person support
Available within San Diego County
- In-person support sessions
- Nursery or home preparation support
- Event support (baby showers, milestone gatherings)
All services are also available virtually worldwide.

Founding Client Rate (limited availability):
$450/month
$600–$900/month
Includes:
- 2 60-minute calls/month
- Ongoing messaging support
Expanded Support Options:
Available for clients desiring more frequent calls or higher-touch access.
$800 – $1,200+/month
Add-ons: In-person support Available within San Diego County
- Nursery setup support
- In-person emotional support sessions

- All other support is available virtually, worldwide.
