Earlier this summer, I changed my coaching offerings and moved my program to the WellSet platform.
My hope was that I’d be able to make mental health support more accessible – especially to those who are survivors of narcissistic abuse, emotional abuse and other toxic relationships. Unfortunately, this platform is not able to do what I need it to do.
I’ve heard from several of you now that it’s nearly impossible to book an appointment with me on WellSet, and truth be told, I haven’t been able to see most of the bookings you have made on there with me.
So to all of you who made an appointment with me and felt rejected, abandoned, gross by your coach not showing up, I’m deeply sorry. I had no idea that these appointments had even been made and I will do everything in my power to make this right with you.
I’m not planning to offer refunds – I’ll just make up the session. Part of the reason why I can’t offer refunds – I haven’t been paid by WellSet either. I haven’t seen one dime – even for those sessions that did successfully schedule via WellSet.
So this decision, though it may seem hasty, is a decision I’ve been contemplating for a few weeks.
I tried to work things out with the team on the backend – they offered me free advertising the first time I had an error. But, the damage is done. The trust is broken, I’m moving on.
For now, you can schedule with me on Calendly. I’m working on creating a course and coaching bundle through Teachable too. Once that is all set up and ready to go – I’ll let you know.
