Welcome to Eclipse Season!
Eclipse energy is that game-changer energy where memorable moments in life are made.
It’s intense, yes, so we can get antsy during this time but truthfully there’s not much you can do to stop whatever the eclipse brings with it so this is a time to surrender.
This is the time to find the silver lining that thing to be grateful for and to trust that if something is coming to an end, if we find we are suddenly having to move homes, change jobs, losing relationships with loved ones, that the darkness we’re experiencing is not an end, rather we are being planted for something even greater. Something we may not be able to comprehend yet.
And I’m saying this to you as much as I’m saying this to myself – this is a period where it’s important to keep the faith. To find a sense of safety and center in ourselves absent any material items. To allow ourselves to explore new ways of thinking, being, creating, showing up for ourselves and others because we may find that what used to work for us or what used to be available for us is no longer.
Penumbral Lunar Eclipse in Libra Horoscope
The Penumbral Lunar Eclipse in Libra on March 25 will last about 13 minutes, starting at 12 AM Pacific, and ending around 12:13 AM Pacific.
A Lunar Eclipse is different from a Solar Eclipse in that a Lunar Eclipse is a Full Moon and a Solar Eclipse is a New Moon. This is a Full Moon in Libra as well, but think of this as a Full Moon on steroids – it’s incredibly powerful and potent because it’s tied to an eclipse, that game-changer energy that you can’t negotiate with, you can only surrender to it.

Nodal Axis Conjunction with Penumbral Lunar Eclipse
Later this year, between August and November 2024, the Nodal Axis, which recently shifted from Taurus-Scorpio to the Aries-Libra axis, will conjunct the Penumbral Lunar Eclipse at 5 degrees.
This means that whatever we experience at this Penumbral Lunar Eclipse may not happen immediately. We may not experience any kind of changes or surprises until the Nodes reach 5 degrees of Aries/Libra between August and November.
For others, this period around the Penumbral Lunar Eclipse may feel particularly confusing or we may experience a lot of endings, but we may not realize why this was for our own good until that period of time between August and November.

Symbolism of the Penumbral Lunar Eclipse in Libra
I’ve been struggling to find the time to share astrological updates with you since the birth of my daughter. But when I heard one of my favorite astrologers, Heather Ensworth, who is also a clinical psychologist specializing in narcissistic abuse, share that this eclipse feels like its calling for us to call out the narcissists in our lives, I knew I had to share this with you too.
Heather is absolutely right. This eclipse is about releasing narcissism and embracing love, empathy, and compassion, not only for ourselves, and other human beings, but for animals, and the planet.
Libra is the natural ruler of the 7th house of partnerships. And the South Node, what we need to release collectively is in Libra. The North Node is in Aries, the warrior, the natural ruler of the first house of self. It’s the direction we need to move forward in collectively.
It sounds odd that our society would need to think more about the self, but hear me out.
Aries is a masculine energy ruled by Mars. It’s a muckraker energy that isn’t afraid of carving a new path, of being a trailblazer, of doing things differently.
Libra is the peacemaker, ruled by Venus. It’s a feminine energy that is seeking balance.
And with Pluto moving out of Capricorn into Aquarius, I can’t help but feel this is the Universe’s way of saying, I need you to all think differently than any other group of humans on Earth has thought before. I need you to think of one another, I need you to think of one another’s children, and what kind of world do you want to leave them?
We know what the current path looks like. So what happens if we stop listening to the narcissists, the people currently in power? What happens if we adopt a more selfish view that it shouldn’t be a top-down authority that rules the masses; that wealth shouldn’t be controlled by a handful of people, but rather the people should decide together what is best for all.
