On April 8, 2024, we have a Total Solar Eclipse Super New Moon in Aries. The Total Solar Eclipse in Aries will begin around 11:18 AM Pacific and end around 11:20 AM Pacific with the Super New Moon in Aries with the Sun and Moon meeting at 19°, 23” of Aries.
A Solar Eclipse occurs when the Moon gets between Earth and the Sun, and the Moon casts a shadow over Earth. A Super New Moon happens when the Moon gets as close as it possibly can to Earth.
Essentially this is an incredibly, intense and potent New Moon.

It began with the Penumbral Lunar Eclipse (Full Moon) in Libra on March 25 and will end with the April 8 Total Solar Eclipse (New Moon) in Aries. Until the Fall…
Remember, eclipse energy is that game-changer energy where memorable moments in life are made.
It’s a random, roulette energy where really anything can happen suddenly.
And unlike a traditional full moon or new moon, the energy of the eclipse is not limited to three days before and after a new or full moon. This energy is ACTIVE for at least six months. So if nothing happens immediately that doesn’t mean you are out of the clear – the universe may be arranging a whole new experience for you that has not completely unfolded quite yet.
It’s intense, yes, so we can get antsy during this time but there’s not much you can do to stop whatever the eclipse brings with it so this is a time to surrender.
This is the time to find the silver lining that thing to be grateful for.
And to trust that if something is coming to an end: if we find we are suddenly having to move homes, change jobs, losing relationships with loved ones, that the darkness we’re experiencing is not an end, rather we are being planted for something even greater. Something we may not be able to comprehend yet.
And I’m saying this to you as much as I’m saying this to myself – this is a period where it’s important to keep the faith. To find a sense of safety and center in ourselves absent any material items. To allow ourselves to explore new ways of thinking, being, creating, showing up for ourselves and others because we may find that what used to work for us or what used to be available for us is no longer.

It’s kind of like a big boat turning – it’s not going to happen immediately and turn on a dime, there’s going to be a slower, wider turn.

Now because eclipse energy is so dramatic and life-changing, eclipse energy doesn’t always affect us the same way. I want you to also keep in mind that Eclipse energy is like a spiral. It builds off of itself until the cycle completes.
Eclipses are divided or categorized by Saros Series, so on average eclipses repeat similar themes every 18.5 years or so until the lesson completes.
This particular Total Solar Eclipse is part of Saros Series 139.
This eclipse first began in 1501 and will complete in 2763. The last time we had an Eclipse in this Saros series was March 2006.
