When you learn you were never crazy, you were being abused, gaslighted, triangulated, parentified, bullied, shamed, blamed by toxic, narcissistic people… You start to show up differently for yourself. You realize that the person who is going to come and save you, help you, advocate for you, laugh with you, celebrate you, is YOU.
